Today marks the 110 hour mark for my mentorship at Edison State. With that being said, the only change will be no longer logging hours and documenting everything that I have done. Actually, all the fun is about to start with the season fast approaching. During my time, I have learned so much about the behind the scenes activity. The amount of paperwork and little items that go into being a college coach is pretty astounding. Plus, there are a lot of hours you put into recruiting that you do not think about. With all the hours one puts in, it is very rewarding when you can possibly change an individual's life with a free education. Coaching is a wonderful occupation that I hope that I will be able to continue in the future and this opportunity allowed for me to get my foot in the door. I am very grateful for Rick allowing me to join the staff. I look forward to learning as much as I can from him and helping each and every student-athlete along the way.
