Conference Affiliations
Edison State Community College athletic teams compete in Region XII as a Division II member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA), regularly playing teams in the Midwest. Edison State is also a participating member of the Ohio Community College Athletic Conference (OCCAC).
Organizational Overview and Work Plan
Edison State Community College is apart of the NJCAA Division II athletics. I have recently been brought onto the basketball staff with my main focus on the strength and conditioning program. On top of running the strength program, I will be assisting in recruiting during the offseason as well as aid in fundraising for a new basketball court. During the season, I will be aiding in the operation of basketball practices and maintaining the strength program.

Supervisor
Schedule & Compensation
Three days a week in the offseason are centered around open gyms and advances in strength training. In addition, there will be frequent coaches meetings to go over recruiting strategies, fundraising, practice developments, etc. Compensation will go into effect when the season starts during the first semester.
Goals
Behind the scenes of the basketball operations of a college. The basic strategy of dividing tuition based scholarships and developing relationships with student-athletes. In addition, advanced knowledge of creating a program wide strength training program.
